As a Certified Technical and ICDL trainer, I have the expertise to not only understand complex technical concepts but also to effectively convey them to others. My teaching style is known for being interactive and engaging, creating an environment that promotes knowledge retention and application.
In my role at the Institute of Accountancy Arusha, I've been responsible for facilitating various courses, including long and short courses, as well as ICDL Certification. I take pride in keeping our learning resources up-to-date to align with changing technology trends, ensuring that our students are well-prepared for the industry.
Furthermore, I have hands-on experience as a Computer Engineer, where I've developed and customized numerous web-based systems and websites, enhancing our organization's online presence and capabilities. I've also created user guides and technical documents, played a crucial role in system maintenance and upgrades, and provided training and support to thousands of users, improving their efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition to my technical and teaching roles, I am deeply committed to community involvement and charity work. I serve as a Technical Advisor for the Non-Violent Communication Initiative, where we promote peaceful co-existence among diverse groups through non-violent communication. I also work with Chanya Change Initiators International, focusing on personal development, entrepreneurship, digital literacy, leadership, and reproductive health for minority groups.
